Большевики понимали ценность нового искусства кино, даже сам Владимир Ленин считал, что это “важнейшее из искусств”.

После большевистской революции и последующей гражданской войны правительство приняло кино как лучшее средство пропаганды, появилась группа молодых, талантливых художников, которые помогли внести свой вклад в новую советскую культуру. Они создавали динамичные, экспериментальные, взрывные плакаты, украшая улицы дикими цветами и захватывающими образами, чтобы привлечь людей в кино.
